CarerIndia TCH pvt limited delivers across 18+ Indian states including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and all major tier-2 cities. We are continuously expanding coverage — contact us to confirm serviceability for your pincode.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹199 applies. Urgent / same-day delivery in Delhi NCR is available at an additional charge — call us to arrange.

For large medical equipment (oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines), our certified technicians provide free on-site installation and demonstration in Delhi NCR and major metros. For other cities, setup guidance is provided via video call. Installation appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery — note the damage with the courier and contact us immediately at +91 86868 64336 or cbrhealthcaregroup@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund within 5 business days.

For equipment rentals, our team delivers and installs the device at your location. At rental end, our team picks up the equipment from your doorstep. Pickup must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. All rental equipment is sanitised and safety-checked between patients.
