1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing carerindia.com or placing an order with CarerIndia TCH Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice, but your confirmed order price will not change after order acceptance.
3. Order Acceptance
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1–2 years). Warranty claims must be raised through CarerIndia — do not approach manufacturers directly. Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper usage, or unauthorised modifications.
5. Returns & Refunds
Medical equipment can be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective or different from description, subject to inspection. Hygiene-sensitive items (masks, nebuliser accessories) are non-returnable once opened. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Rental Terms
Rental equipment remains the property of CarerIndia at all times. The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Rental periods must be terminated with 48-hour notice. Equipment must be returned in clean, functional condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
CarerIndia's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
